It always amazes me how often the issues suffered by a business are just plain down to the fact that nothing gets done.
Often there is a lot of talk about the issues and how they affect the business but is there any real action

Often this is more prevalent in employees but some business owners are just as bad. Rather than pick one huge project. Break it down into smaller sized chunks.

Celebrate the wins one little step at a time. Make sure that you publicise those wins with your wider team. Inspire them onto the next step.
Shane Lukas of AVN has a great adage “when would now be a good time” its all about getting it done.
Even if the action does not bring the rewards you are looking for it will forward your cause or challenge. By increasing your learning, identify challenges, showing your the way the steps you need to take to get to the end of your journey.
Just start with one foot in front of the other.
